I offer a safe, relaxed, non-judgemental space so that you feel comfortable to freely express yourself and explore any difficulties you are facing.
My role is to listen to you, understand your unique experience of life and tailor my support to you specifically, so that you can move forward and live a better life.
I really enjoy supporting people to identify and overcome obstacles they are experiencing.
I specialise in supporting people to recover from abusive relationships including narcissism, betrayal, infidelity, trauma, co-dependency and other issues.
Alongside traditional counselling recovery practices, I also offer EMDR (an NHS approved technique to help overcome trauma), practical techniques rooted in neuroscience to calm your nervous system and other supportive practises that you may find helpful, including Somatic techniques, breath-work and spiritual explorations.
